Once a package is marked Delivered:

  • This serves as final proof of delivery
  • Olanera is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

5. RETURNS & 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Olanera offers a 30-day money-back guarantee subject to strict conditions:

Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery confirmation (tracking-based)
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition
    • In original packaging

Promotional Orders (BOGO Protection)

  • All items from promotional offers must be returned together
  • Partial returns from such orders are not eligible for refunds

Return Conditions

Non-Eligible Cases
