No. FlexTape™ is pre-cut and designed for simple application without scissors, measuring, or advanced taping knowledge.

How is this different from kinesiology tape

Traditional tape rolls need to be cut, measured, and placed correctly. FlexTape™ is already pre-cut and shaped for the body, making application faster and easier.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

FlexTape™ uses a hypoallergenic, latex-free adhesive. Because skin sensitivity varies, we still recommend testing a small area first before full use.

Will it stay on when I sweat?

FlexTape™ is made with a water-resistant adhesive designed for active use, including workouts and sweat-prone movement. For the strongest hold, apply it before you start sweating, place it on clean dry skin, and press it firmly into place for several seconds. Heavy sweat, water exposure, body hair, or lotion can reduce adhesion.
